1. Ajax Support

I'd like to see improved Ajax support in Click 2.2.0, especially around the area of reusable Ajax controls. It is not currently possible to create such controls.

There are a number of approaches to improve Ajax support, so here is a list of proposals to stimulate further discussion:

An improved Quick Start Application Generator, as a separate tool (maybe reusable by all IDE plug-ins).
(If I recall well, this was called Click Kickstart, but ClickStart would be a better name )
