1. Conference Organization and Team Introduction
This conference is co-organized by CSDN. CSDN will send Wang Lizhou and Li Xiying to coordinate meeting logistics and execution.
2. Conference Schedule and Track Chair Applications
The conference schedule is largely the same as last year, but the use of venues will be more restrained to improve utilization.
The final number of tracks will be adjusted based on registration and sponsorship recruitment. Some slots may be made available to sponsors.
Track Chair applications will open during the Spring Festival holiday and are expected to last approximately two weeks. Applications will primarily be submitted via the Apachecon Planner mailing list.
3. CFP Timeline
Track distribution will be shared again at the next bi-weekly meeting on February 26.
The Call for Papers (CFP) period for this conference is expected to run from late February to April 22, which is largely consistent with last year.
4. ASF Member Election Progress
The member election has entered the nomination phase. The nomination deadline is February 21. Voting will begin on February 26, and an online meeting will be held on March 5.

Today’s Meeting Summary

CoC Conference Arrangements
The Beijing venue has been confirmed. The Shanghai venue is at the University of International Business and Economics, but applications need to be submitted well in advance.
Plans are to finalize the conference dates by the end of the month. Kunpeng Association needs to communicate with the assembly team to apply.
The Shanghai venue is relatively small and not suitable for large conferences, so early planning is recommended.
Sponsorship and Support
Local Shanghai companies such as Ctrip and Bilibili may provide sponsorship, but communication has been limited so far.
Sponsorship for events in Shenzhen and Guangzhou is easier to obtain. It is recommended to explore active branches in Shanghai.
