Follow the @cloudstack account and help amplify (RT) tweets from the primary account.
Follow other members of the CloudStack community and help amplify their tweets about their work on CloudStack, CloudStack-related events, etc.
Watch for tweets about CloudStack and respond to questions and requests for help with CloudStack.
Keep it positive!

Don't "go negative" by criticizing other communities or vendors.
If someone reports a bad experience with CloudStack, offer help – but don't criticize them for reporting their findings. Gentle corrections of fact are OK.
Don't be boring! There's more than life to CloudStack, and you'll get more attention on Twitter if you talk about a variety of subjects and RT other folks' messages about things other than CloudStack.
Don't be NSFW. Keep it PG-13, or better.
