ThrashIRC  

It's $10 for the commercial version but it's worth the money.  Here's to use it for CloudStack.

• Establish a nickname
• Connect to a freenode server.  I use cavino.freenode.net
• Join the following channels: cloudstack, cloudstack-dev, cloudstack-meeting.  Channel->Join a channel.
• Add them to the auto-join list.  Channel->Add Channel to auto-join
• Remove the default auto-join channels.  Server->Commands to execute after connected...
• Add ASFBot to the ignore list.  Right Click in the channel window->Addresses ThrashIRC will ignor
