1. Objectives

This introduces SSL offloading feature which includes

• Manage SSL certificate for accounts on GUI
• assign SSL certificate to a load balancer
• remove SSL certificate from a load balancer

This feature derives from a feature design in Apache CloudStack 4.15:  VR haproxy customization in CloudStack
