What do we want to achieve?

Build relationships with organisations and groups that can be the source of new contributors to Apache.
Present and speak about Apache at their events
Promote Apache projects to them

On a regular basis (e.g yearly, six monthly, quarterly) review list of organisations and tools we want to target for the next 12 months.

Outreachy	Outreachy helps people from groups underrepresented in free and open source software get involved. Currently, internships are open internationally to women (cis and trans), trans men, and genderqueer people. Additionally, they are open to residents and nationals of the United States of any gender who are Black/African American, Hispanic/Latin@, American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, or Pacific Islander.	Not active for 2017	Application deadline to be an sponsor organisation was 30th March 2017, so we have missed the deadline. Need to add a note to apply for 2018
