Goals

Storing details of Family members of clients is very important for identification purpose while retrieving credit score.

Also details of Family members comes handy why evaluating credit worthiness of client.

Assumption is made that users would be defining appropriate code and code values for fields like Relationship,Gender,Profession,Marital status.
