Melissa will be replying to open questions about how it will work with ASF Policies and PMC-level concerns about vendor neutrality, line of sight, and others.

We miss people when we switch the invite date. Discussed how to add people to the calendar invite to ensure people get the updated invites - possibly use the alias? Or add individual emails?

Since it moved from March to Dec, a few people can’t make the new time but currently there won’t be an updated CFP - curate from existing submissions or perhaps invite people for talks about 5.0 since we’ll be close to the release (or it’ll be out by then)
