Story

As a PMC member I would like to be able to update the website in a more manageable and timely manner. Currently the website is very static and makes rebuilding and deployment very tricky. Also the documentation is in need of an overhaul and centralizing the main documentation on the Wiki so there is a central point of access for OODT documentation

Given

The current website is very static in nature, hard to update and generally old.

When

0.7 is released

Then

We should move the website over to Apache CMS to allow easier editing by the community.

Given

The documentation is very fragmented and incomplete

When

The website is migrated to Apache CMS

Then

The main documentation should be moved across to the Apache Wiki to allow a central repository for all OODT documentation and tutorials.
