The loan credit assessment is just another step in the loan credit cycle. The user guide will follow a test case using the project's reference implementation with Fineract 1.x and the Mifos Web-app. 

The first step to this guide will involve first running Fineract 1.x and the web-app.

The next step will require running the Fineract Credit Scorecard Server.
