- Group provided examples of other programs to see what we can use as a best practice; https://mvp.sitecore.com/ has three different types of MVPs, they give out great swag.
- Questions about MVP Committee and how it will be structured (must include PMC), as well as whether or not a private Slack channel falls within ASF governance according to this: https://www.apache.org/foundation/how-it-works.html#confidential. Josh will look into this.
- Cassandra Days approval (Mick Semb Wever)
- Cassandra events require approval from the PMC every time.
- Stefano has a doc about the process; Melissa to reach out and get the doc link to be shared on various channels for visibility (C website, Confluence MWG, #cassandra-events on Slack, etc).
- Melissa announced on the #cassandra-events channel and pinned the Third Party Event Branding Policy to top of the channel.
