The IP Address should be configured properly and it should match with the IP shown in the CloudStack UI.

Create a VM and check the DNS is configured with the proper IP Address as per the CloudStack UI.

Service offering Upgrade

Create a Vm with a service offering and then later upgrade it to the new service offering.
