Apache Airavata

  • Develop frontend for molecule editors by referring existing JavaFX application. 
  • Develop molecule display, atoms that will be added to molecule editor and develop general atom code for setting default values for calculation's which are required for generating input file. 
  • Develop minimization algorithms for molecule editors 
  • Develop parser for molecule editor. 
  • Will be focusing on 2 molecule editors for now after successful implementation of these will try to develop other molecule editors.
