--- Meeting Purpose ---

The meeting is yours to discuss whatever you want to. Aim to discuss with 'each other' as
in others subscribed to the builds@ mailing list, from your project or from other projects. There will also be Infra representation for infra related discussion items.
This is an informal meeting arranged for the benefit of individuals and projects to talk about anything they like
in relation to the ASF Build services and related integrations, rather than an infra panel discussion.

Meeting Notes (Summary)

Thanks to those that attended, this meeting was a 1/2 hr experiment (due to other meetings happening in the same time period),
even with only a handful of people attending it was clear that 1/2 hr is not really enough. So next months meeting will start 1/2 hr earlier
to allow for a full 1 hr meeting.

Cesar Hernandez will be leading the effort to stand up an on demand agent service for Jenkins in AWS , starting with a standard AMI with the basic
tools installed. Later on to expand the AMI to be similar to our existing static agents. On demand spin up/down agents for Jenkins has been an Infra
wish list item for quite some time but Infra has lacked the internal knowledge to get this done. As this progresses it is hoped we can utilize our Puppet
plus Terraform to make the automation easier.

dfoulks Foulks notes that we have decided on an exit strategy for Travis CI. Projects are encouraged to migrate to Github Actions or Jenkins. Discussions
have begun and we hope to be migration complete by the end of this year.
