For statistical scoring, you first create the loan product, then create the loan account and select Statistical in the Loan Account Creation SCORECARD stepper.
Statistical scoring requires a configured and running Credit Scorecard Server. You can follow the README to spin your own local server.
De facto, fineract is set to compute statistical scorecard operations against http://127.0.0.1:8000 which is the default host for local developments.
You can always set the host of your credit scorecard in the scorecard properties file.
After submitting the loan account, you can view the scoring results in the Credit Scorecard tab of the clients Loan Account as seen below:
