Went through jiras with release version 0.5.1 - Here is the list of tickets

• HUDI-310 needs status update. Currently assigned to Vinay
• HUDI-251 has a PR open but in final stages of review. Vinoth to ping Taher to see if any help is needed.

• Active PRs were identified and reviewers assigned. Assigned reviewers to proactively help shepherd the PR merge. Please look at list of PRs to find the assigned reviewers.

There were a bunch of new RFCs that got added this week. Keep them coming !! 

Please note that RFC proposers would need to update the status of their RFC as and when the status changes. This will help new folks to understand the current status more clearly.

  • Vinoth presented the roadmap for the next 3 releases by identifying
    • 3 focus areas - Ease Of Use, Hudi Core and Experience and
    • Key things that needs to be done in each focus area along with their dependencies
