  1. Vinoth Chandar Not sure why the pages under "Design and architecture" are prefixed with "def~", shall I prefix it to this page's title as well?

    1. Vinoth Chandar ok saw the explanation. Since this page is not to define a concept but to illustrate an architecture design, would it better be a direct sub-page under "Design and Architecture"?

      1. I am fine with that..  Thanks for the contribution!

  2. Raymond Xu  Since the timeline really does not work this way today, do you think its appropriate to document here? I feel we should keep this page to reflect state of whats actually implemented..  So this doc can belong in a RFC? We should probably start one around this topic anyway.. cc Balaji Varadarajan , Nishith Agarwal one of you planning to start one?

    1. Make sense. The gliffy diagram can be imported and re-used in an RFC page anyway.

      1. whats your suggestion in the meantime? shall we have the diagram be moved out a comment on this page instead of main content>?

        1. That's a good idea. Let me move it to a comment.

          1. Actually just realized that we can restrict the viewing permission to not every one by clicking the lock button after entering the editing page. But I don't have permission to do that. Vinoth Chandar could you help change the permission if you like this way of making the space cleaner?

  3. A design diagram based on proposal made in  Unable to render Jira issues macro, execution error.

A later RFC regarding archived timeline re-design may import this
