If Ship-To Customer finds the product to be faulty or End-User Customer decides they do not want the product, they will contact Customer Service Representative and request return authorization. Once return authorization is approved by Customer Service Rep, , specifying reason for return and desired return response (Refund, Replacement, etc). If appropriate Customer Service Rep handles issue directly with Customer in order to avoid the return and if a return has already been entered cancels the return. Otherwise Customer Service Rep authorizes return, specifies if shipping charges should be refunded or other misc adjustments applied, and records it. Ship-To Customer or End-User Customer will ship ships the product via Carrier to the warehouse.
