Physical Inventory Adjustment
Use this to account for errors, damages, losses, expired shelf life, overstocking, etc.

- From the Facility menu, select Inventory
- In table, click (Edit)
- Inventory Items detail screen.
This will take you to the Inventory Items detail screen. At the bottom of the screen is Physical Inventory Variances.
Use this tool to make adjustments to inventory.
- Inventory Items detail screen.
- Enter the product search criteria (e.g. Product ID, Internal Name, Category ID, etc.)
- Click Find
- Within the search result table, click a Product ID to view the product's Inventory Items
- Click an Inventory Item ID from the list to view the Inventory Item detail
- To make a quantity adjustment, use the Physical Inventory Variance form below the Inventory Item details
- Select a reason for the variance (i.e. Damaged, Lost, Found, etc.)
- Enter the appropriate Available To Promise and Quantity On Hand quantity variances (in most cases, these will be the same)
- Optionally, a comment can be entered for this adjustment
- Click Add to create the variance
- Variances will be shown in a list below the Physical Inventory Variance form
