   1. Checkbox: "Employees (W-2)"
   2. Checkbox: "Contractors (1099)"
3. Default Locale (Language, optional Region)
4. Default Currency
5. Default Time Zone
6. Company Information
   1. Company Name
   2. Primary Email Address
   3. Primary Phone Number
   4. Primary Mailing Address
7. Create (and make active)
