If an ALC Chapter is inactive for 3 months, it will be dissolved after communication with members of that ALC chapter because we are having strictly one ALC chapter in a town/city.


1. The person in X role will make sure quarterly report is filed by ALC Chapter.

The X role or person is not decided yet, it is in discussion at https://s.apache.org/lio8r


2. In case of failure of filing the report, the person in X role will have communication with ALC chapter members (by keeping ComDev PMC in the loop) to understand the actual situation.

If the ALC Chapter is no longer interested in participating in ALC activities, the ALC Chapter will be dissolved.


3. The person in X role will mark as an archive to all the wiki documented (mentioned in point 4 of Process to establish an ALC Chapter) created for that ALC Chapter.


4. ComDev PMC will make the announcement of the dissolution of the respective ALC Chapter. (The announcement list is depends on the point 6 of Process to establish an ALC Chapter)
