OpemMeetings 5 Manual

Dear friends, 

I would like to offer my pdf manual written for Version 5 here.

This manual is preliminary and quite incomplete, filled with lots and lots of questions which when answered would be a great help to finalize this manual.

The chapter "Running a Conference" is missing at all and will not be accomplished before the week after next week.

Also any suggestions to improve are welcome as well.

Update: Providing the document in an editable form is problematic. The document is written in Latex which includes about 130 files. It would be impossible to compile with just a single one missing. Nevertheless, comments and suggestions can be added to a pdf file as well with AcrobatReader (https://get.adobe.com/de/reader/otherversions/). Alternatively the whole manual project would be best maintained with a version control system.
