  2. Recruiting to the Open Source projects – What to remember about? (Justyna Grzywaczyk, the People & Culture Lead at Polidea) 30 min

Justyna is a People & Culture lead at Polidea. She takes care of Employer Branding activities, measuring and shaping and Employee Experience, organizing Social Life events, and, most importantly, hiring to all Polidea’s teams – including the Open Source. In the last year and a half, she took an active part in hiring and onboarding of over 30 new joiners in Polidea. In the course of the last year, through countless discussions, successes and failures, we’ve learned a lot about creating the effective, fair, and transparent recruitment process (that is still constantly evolving). This presentation will be the summary of good practices our team has developed.
