Add templates of windows 8/2012

Add templates of windows 8/2012 with all possible combinations of Root disk controller,NIC adapter types and Keyboard types.

All the templates should be added successfully

Register Windows 8/2012 Iso's

Register Windows 8/2012 Iso's

All the ISO's should be added successfully

3)

Create Vm's

Create Vm's using the templates and ISO's registered in the Step 1 and 2.

Vm's Should be Deployed successfully.

4)

Nic Configuration

Create a VM and check the Nic is configured with the proper IP Address as per the CloudStack UI.

The IP Address should be configured properly and it should match with the IP shown in the CloudStack UI.

DNS Configuration

Create a VM and check the DNS is configured with the proper IP Address as per the CloudStack UI.

The DNS IP Address should be configured properly and it should match with the IP shown in the CloudStack UI.

DR Configuration.

Create a VM with Multiple Nics and check the Default Route on NIC's.

Default Route on Multiple NIC's should be configured properly.

7)

Create SnapShot

Create SnapShot on the root Disck of the VM.

The SnapShot Should be Created Successfully without any error messages.

Migrate VM

Migrate the VM

The migration Should be Successful.

9)

Create template.

Create template on the root Disk of the VM.

The template Should be Created Successfully without any error messages and should be able to deploy VM's from the template.

10)

VM Life cycle.

Power off/ON/expunge/restore the Vm.

All the operations should be performed without any error messages.

11)

Password reset.

Reset the password of the VM.

Should be able to reset successfully and login with the new password.

12)

Install VM Tools

Install VM tools on the VM

It should be successfully installed and all the VM operations should be supported.

13)

Attach and detach Disks.

Attach new disks and also detach the disks on the VM.

Should be able to see the new disk when attached and the disk should be removed when it is detached.

14)

Service offering Upgrade

Create a Vm with a service offering and then later upgrade it to the new service offering.

The Vm memory allocations should be changed in par with the new service offering.

VM IP release/renew

Create a Vm and release the IP and renew the IP.

The same IP should be renewed
