Reset SSH keys for VM

This feature is independent of
•Hypervisor type / version
•Browser

So testing will mostly be perform on xen hyperviosr.

The feature need to be tested against different Vm state
•Running
•Stopped

The feature need to be tested against how Vm is created

•Vm created from Password enabled template
•Vm created with Non password enabled template
•Vm created with password enabled template and ssh key pair
•Vm created with non password enabled template and ssh key pair

The feature need to be tested against different account /domain types

•Root domain admin user
•Root domain normal user
•Non root domain admin user
•Non root domain normal user
