Qn: Why am I getting the following exception when trying to add a
static iSCSI target to an ESXi host of mine:

Operation failed, diagnostics report: iScsiLibException: status(c0000000):
Invalid parameter; Message= IMA_AddStaticDiscoveryTarget

Answer: You need to first enable ESXi shell(SSH) option on the host. After that,
you will be able to SSH into the host.

In a ESXi shell session, you can go to /var/log directory, look for
hostd.log (host daemon log), vmkernel.log (kernel log), vpxa.log (agent
log)
