Starting a Release

Prerequisites

Release Candidates and Voting

1. Release files are uploaded to the release manager's web directory on people.apache.org.
2. The vote is started on tuscany-dev mailing list.
   1. Multiple release candidates might happen until the vote gets passed.
3. A result is mailed to tuscany-dev mailing list.
4. A vote to approve the release is then sent to IPMC (general@apache.org)
