The Open Metadata and Governance Discovery Server Package provides a server runtime for pluggable discovery services.  It hosts:

  • Open Discovery Framework (ODF)
  • Discovery OMAS client
  • Discovery Services Installation Manager
  • Open Connector Framework (OCF) Connector Installation Manager
  • Default Discovery Services

New discovery services are implemented by the Discovery Toolkit Package and installed into this server at runtime.
