The OMRS Repository Proxy provides a standalone server that supports the OMRS REST API and can call an OMRS connector in response to a call to its API. Thus it provides remote access to a specific type of OMRS connector. It is used in an open metadata repository cluster that has one or more metadata repositories that do not have this OMRS Connector included in their code.
