Pack and Ship Orders

Quick Ship

• Go to Facility Manager
• Go to Shipments tab
• Click on (Quick Ship Order)
• Enter Shipment ID
• Click on (Ship Order)

Detailed Shipment Creation

• Go to Facility Manager
• Go to Shipments tab
• Click on (New Shipment)
• Enter Shipment Type
• Enter Status
• Enter Primary Order ID
• Click on Update
  • Known information
    Screen will populate with known information from the original order.
  • Other tabs
    Proceed to the other tabs as needed to complete preparations and fulfill the order.

UPS Services

• UPS agreement in place?
  Contingent with having a working agreement with UPS.
• Note Pre-requisite
  First complete Detailed Shipment Creation, above.
• Purpose
  Purpose is to exchange information with UPS, determine exact costs and, if agreeable, to get shipping labels and schedule pickups.
• Click on Route Segments
• Complete as needed.
• Click on confirmation link
  Confirm Shipment with UPS
