We have two Confluence user macros to mark deprecated or newly added features in the documentation wiki: {since
} and {deprecated
}. Both aren't optimal (we can still style them if we see the need) and don't work within tables or similar structures (or maybe the versions without any parameters do, we haven't tried).
The since macro
Examples:
{since}This got added in 5.2{since} |
|
{since:since=5.2}This got added in 5.2{since} And this was always there. |
And this was always there. |
{since:since=5.2}{since} |
The deprecated macro
Examples:
{deprecated}This was removed in 5.2{deprecated} |
|
{deprecated:since=5.2}This was removed in 5.2{deprecated} And this is still there. |
And this is still there. |
{deprecated:since=5.2}{deprecated} |
