next steps for the Friction Log feedback

here's a list of the next steps we're outlining:

  1. Follow up w/ mentor and mentee to get OK to share aggregated insights and recos to the board-private@

2. Follow up w/ mentor to get deeper insights in what worked and what could be improved

3. Create a 1 page for the board-private email with overview of results in 2 areas: applying to the program, starting contributions, program duration.

once we gather feedback and consensus we should share publicly in the members@ and dev@ lists
